Ayan Editions has released its new Collector’s Edition art book, “FALCON – The National Bird of Mongolia,” authored by photographer Kh.Enkhjargal. The launch took place on December 5, 2025, in Ulaanbaatar.
The large-format, English-language book presents Mongolia’s national falcon through high-quality photography and concise narrative, exploring its historical symbolism, traditional falconry, Tengri-inspired cultural meaning, and conservation issues. The 300-page volume is produced in a museum-grade 38×31 cm format with a gold-embossed cover and a luxury clamshell case, published in limited quantity.
Author Enkhjargal said,“The falcon embodies the spirit and courage of the Mongolian people. I wanted to portray its cultural and historical significance in a modern visual form.”
Ayan Editions founder Ch. Batzaya added“This is more than a bird portrait—it reflects Mongolia’s wild nature and ancestral heritage.”
