Chinese President Xi Jinping has sent a letter to Mongolian President Khurelsukh Ukhnaa, responding to the latter’s congratulatory message on the 76th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.

In his letter, President Xi emphasized that China and Mongolia are important neighbors whose relations have continued to deepen across all areas in recent years. “Major joint projects are progressing successfully, and our traditional friendship has been further strengthened,” he noted.

President Xi also expressed his readiness to work together to reinforce strategic mutual trust, deepen development cooperation, and enhance mutual understanding between the peoples of the two countries. He added that the recent meetings held with President U.Khurelsukh in Tianjin and Beijing were productive and contributed to the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between China and Mongolia.
